How It Works

The Liquidity Ladder is the seed event of $AQUA.

100% of the SOL, goes directly to $AQUA LP

The ladder offer 10 different entry prices for the participants. You have a chance to join in:

  • Level 1 to 7: Profitable levels. 80.83% of the participations

  • Level 8: Breakeven level. 7.38% of the participations

  • Level 9 to 10: Gamble level. 11.79% of the participations

Each user allocation will be assigned to one level matching this proportion. It will be decided through a fair randomization algorithm at the close of the event. Read more in The Resolution

Case study: Levels allocation in a 2000 SOL liquidity scenario

There are 2 core mechanics that drive the Ladder Event.

Dynamic Market cap Discovery: The market cap will grow in a logarithmic curve with the growth of the pool.

Analysis: How the marketcap growths with the ladder liquidity

Profit Growth: As valuation grows, the Ladder will automatically increase the level profits ratio while keeping the liquidity ratio stable. Example:

  • In a 2000 SOL scenario, the level 1 would give a fixed profit of x10 to the participants.

  • In a 5000 SOL scenario, the level 1 would give a fixed profit of x10.45 to the participants.

Analysis: How profit works in proportion to the launch marketcap

Terms

  • Each person will be able to deposit from 1 SOL up to 30 SOL. Participations that doesn't match this conditions will be invalidated and refunded

  • Duration: Maximum 48h The Ladder sale will remain open for up to 48 hours.

How to Participate

We’ve made participation as simple and safe as possible, with two options:

  1. Connect Wallet → Contribute directly by connecting your Solana wallet.

  2. Send Directly → For users who feel safer without connecting wallets, you can simply send SOL directly to a dedicated address.

Both methods are 100% secure, as the contracts have been fully audited by QuillAudit. Read more about it at Security

Only SOL contributions are accepted. Contributions out of this limits won't be valid and refunded.

  • Minimum contribution: 1 SOL

  • Maximum contribution: 30 SOL per wallet

This dual participation method ensures inclusivity and user comfort while keeping everything fully transparent.

Why Launch Like This?

We’ve all seen how launches usually go: – Insiders stacking allocations. – Whales front-running retail. – “Fair launches” that are anything but fair. The Liquidity Ladder was built to rewrite the rules.

  • Community Driven Market Cap: The community decides how far this goes. Every SOL contributed pushes the launch market cap higher. It’s you who sets the valuation floor. No VCs, no insiders, no OTC backroom deals. Just pure demand deciding the price.

  • Built-In Profit for the Many Around: 80% of contributors start in profit at launch. This creates unstoppable momentum: degens trading, compounding gains, building natural buy pressure. It’s a launch where the design itself ensures the majority wins, not a select few.

  • Anti-Whale by Design No one can send 1,000 SOL and dominate the supply. Caps (1–30 SOL per wallet) + random distribution across ladder levels = true distribution fairness. The Ladder kills the whale meta before it begins.

Ladder Resolution

Through a fair randomization algorithm and our smart contract, the users allocations will be sent to one of the different ladder pools, giving in return the stipulated tokens.

The SOL stored in the Ladder will be automatically transferred to the meteora launch pool following the event rules. The participants will be able to claim their tokens from second 0 at launch.

For detailed information about the results, read the resolution mechanism.
